How quickly can I book a cleaning?

After your instant quote, choose from available dates and times and confirm your visit online. Availability depends on your address, the cleaning time needed and cleaner schedules. If you need a date you do not see, call (540) 288-4605.

When will my card be charged?

Save your card securely when booking. Your card on file will be charged the approved cleaning amount when your cleaning is completed. If extra cleaning time or services are needed, any price change will be discussed and approved first.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Use the private Manage appointment link in your confirmation or open your Client Hub. You can reschedule or cancel without signing in through that private link. Contact us if you need help.

What types of cleaning schedules do you offer?

Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly schedules, plus one-time and seasonal visits. Online booking confirms your first visit; future recurring dates are arranged separately.

Do you provide deep cleaning services?

Yes. Our seasonal and first-time deep clean reaches baseboards, vents, inside the oven and refrigerator, and the detail a routine clean doesn't cover.

Can you prepare my home for sale?

Absolutely. Our pre-listing service is built around photography, showings and closing day so the home presents show ready.
